Included:
- Round-trip airfare from Boston to Madrid
- Accommodations: double room occupancy at a Spanish hotel

- Cultural visits (entrance fees and transportation)

Not Included:
- Extras in the hotel, such as telephone calls, laundry service, etc.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A non-refundable $300 application deposit is due with the application.
Notification of cancellation from the Flavors of Spain Program must be made in
writing to CC-CS. Penalties for withdrawal from the program are assessed based
upon the length of time between the written notice of withdrawal and the start
of the program.
Withdrawal from the program between:
-Final Payment Due Date and 30 days prior to the start of the program has a penalty
of 50%
-30 days prior to the start of the program and the program start date has a penalty
of 75%
-No refund will be issued for any portion of the program costs after the program
start date.
If a program participant withdraws from the program, they must abide by the refund
policy outlined. However, if CC-CS must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances
or low enrollment, all deposits and fees will be refunded to the client.
